How Your Order Progresses
After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email showing that processing has started. Most orders are prepared within 0 to 2 business days (Monday to Friday), though busy periods may take slightly longer. Once dispatched, you will get another email with tracking information so you can follow your parcel’s journey.

After dispatch, deliveries take 3 to 4 business days (Monday to Friday). The exact delivery time may depend on your location, courier schedules, and other logistical conditions.

Cancelling an Order
If you need to cancel an order, please email info@byrosewood.com as soon as possible. We can cancel orders before processing or dispatch begins. Once the order has entered either stage, cancellation is no longer possible, but you can return the parcel once it arrives by following our returns procedure.

Problems With Your Order
If your item arrives damaged or not as expected, please email us at info@byrosewood.com with clear photos showing the issue and any packaging damage. Include your order number for reference. We will review your message and arrange a replacement or suitable solution promptly.

Delivery Taking Longer
If your parcel has not arrived after the full processing and delivery timeframe, please allow an extra 2 business days and check your tracking link for updates. If the order still does not appear, contact us with your order number and we will assist right away.
