How long does it take to process and ship my order?

Orders are typically processed within 0-2 business days (Monday-Friday). After shipping, delivery usually takes 3-4 business days (Monday-Friday).

How can I track my order status?

You will receive a dispatch email with a tracking link as soon as your parcel has been sent. Simply follow that link to view your parcel’s progress in real time.

What should I do if my order hasn’t arrived yet?

If your parcel has not arrived after the full processing and delivery window, please allow an extra two business days and check your tracking information. If it still hasn’t appeared, contact us at info@byrosewood.com with your order number.

Can I cancel my order after placing it?

If you wish to cancel, email info@byrosewood.com as soon as possible. Orders can be cancelled before processing or dispatch begins. Once shipped, cancellation is no longer possible, but you may return the parcel after delivery.

How do I start a return?

Are there any fees for returning an item?

No restocking fees apply. Customers are responsible for return postage, and refunds are processed within 7 business days of the parcel being received and checked.

What condition must items be in to qualify for a refund?

Returned items must be unused, unwashed, and include all original tags and packaging. Items that do not meet these criteria may not be approved for refund or exchange.
