Return and Refund Policy

Email info@byrosewood.com within 30 days of delivery and include your order number. Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned with their original tags and packaging. Requests outside the 30 day window cannot be accepted.

Write to info@byrosewood.com with your order number and a short note explaining the reason for return. We will confirm eligibility and send clear packing and posting instructions. Please pack items carefully to prevent damage in transit. Customers are responsible for the cost of sending items back. Unapproved returns may be refused.

Once your parcel arrives, we inspect the items and issue the refund to your original payment method. This usually takes up to 7 business days on our side. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to show the funds. No restocking fees apply.

If you would like an exchange, email info@byrosewood.com with your order number and the item you would like instead. We will guide you through the steps and confirm availability.

Please ensure items are unused, unwashed, and include all original tags and packaging. Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be approved.

If you need to cancel an order, please email info@byrosewood.com as soon as possible. We can cancel orders before processing or dispatch begins. Once the order has entered either stage, cancellation is no longer possible, but you can return the parcel once it arrives by following our returns procedure.

If your item arrives damaged or not as expected, please email us at info@byrosewood.com with clear photos showing the issue and any packaging damage. Include your order number for reference. We will review your message and arrange a replacement or suitable solution promptly.
